5. A scientific approach…

As far back as 1955 the British Medical Association described hypnosis as a valuable therapy tool. Similarly, organisations such as the UK National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and Anxiety UK regard hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques as potentially valuable therapies for treating specific types of emotional disturbance.

Prestigious universities such as the University of Oxford and Harvard University maintain research programmes investigating the therapeutic value of relaxation, hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques. We use well-tested and well-established therapy techniques in controlled and safe ways to help our clients identify and reach their therapy goal.

We will work with you to ensure that we achieve the best possible beneficial results in the least time possible. But we don’t guarantee cures. No reputable therapist can.
