3. How long will therapy take?

We focus on brief, solution-focused therapies. What that means is that we focus on achieving your goal in the least time possible, using different therapy techniques consistent with dealing with your need in a thorough and safe way.

Most clients should see improvement in 4-6 sessions. Some patients will take less time to achieve their desired goal. Others will take more. No client is the same but we will be clear to discuss what is feasible and to agree a scope and cost before we start.
