The practice focuses on anxiety and stress management in whatever form you experience it.
Stress and anxiety affect people differently and we work with you in whatever way makes therapeutic sense.
We have a diverse attitude to therapy and are trained in cognitive, behavioural, neuro-linguistic and hypnotherapeutic approaches. Practice members are skilled in a variety of techniques and approaches and we will use what is most appropriate to your needs. Every client is different and we aim to do the work in a way that suits you best.
